Adding Items to your order If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to place a new order. This process is necessary since you must authorize any new charges. If the initial order has not yet been shipped, both orders will be shipped together, if desired. Revising shipping & billing information for an order If you have completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing information, please call us toll-free at 781-275-0516. (Local/International customers may call 1-781-275-0516). Please have your order number ready when calling. How do I cancel an order? If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail us at suemccombs@worldnet.att.net or call us at 781-275-0516. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Your order may not be canceled if it has already been shipped. Phone and mail orders Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! Bedford Empowerment Center accepts orders over the phone and by mail. To order by phone, please call us toll-free at 781-275-0516 during our customer service hours of Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. To order by mail, simply print out the online ordering form, complete and mail a copy with your payment to: Bedford Empowerment Center - Orders MasterCard, VISA, checks and money orders are accepted. Shipping Options and Rates Bedford Empowerment Center offers First Class, Priority Mail, and Standard Shipping for delivery within the U.S., plus international shipping across the globe. Items in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. Gift baskets will ship within 7-10 business days. Bedford Empowerment Center uses US Postal Service and FedEx for shipping. Shipping and handling charges throughout the continental US for 1-12 CDs is $4.50; for gift baskets or more than 12 CDs is $7.95. For expedited or international shipping, please call Bedford Empowerment Center at 781-275-0516. Payment Information Credit cards We accept Visa and MasterCard only. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Authorizing your credit card When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them. It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Ordering by check or money order To place an order using a personal check or money order, simply print out the online ordering form, complete and mail a copy with your payment to: Bedford Empowerment Center - Orders What happens if the product is damaged?Bedford Empowerment Center will replace any damaged or defective product at no additional charge. Simply return the damaged product with a copy of your receipt and an explanation of the problem.
